i’ve just encountered the first trial of being home alone/basically living solo.  there is a monstrous spider festering away on my wall.  in my room.  by my bed.   my weapon of choice is to call the pops.  but no such luck.  i will have to wield a massive shoe to smash the beast.

godammit.  is this what adults must do?
